This is a fabulous place to stay in La Spezzia especially if you are arriving by train. Only ten minute walk from the train station. Gorgeous rooms on ground level, very nice staff and easy walk to shopping and restaurants

Viola was an excellent host and resource. Property was very accessible to train station and downtown walkable area.

Customer Service was Excellent!
Posted 23 Aug 2024 on HotelsIt was a bit of a challenge to locate the parking but I chalk that up to us being Americans and not the directions. But having reserve parking in a private parking garage was HUGE!! (Especially in the middle of town). We were greeted by the nicest Italian we have yet met here and she provided a lot of helpful information and recommendations for our stay! The room was cold, clean and very comfortable. I was just sad our stay was not longer. Food was close. Boat to Cinque Terre was only a 20 min walk. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

The staff was great. Its a small 5 room hotel close to the city. Clean rooms. Travelled with the family would recommend
