Very nice place to stay. Comfortable and nice decorated.
The check out conditions could be more convenient for guest or office open in checking out time.
The other things - perfect.

The staff were very helpful. It is a nice place, I would stay there again. It is a short walk to the main tourist areas and to the water. Fairly quiet place. No complaints.

Was very hard to find but but once we were there it was great.
Clean, modern and quiet and it had a lift!

The views from our room were spectacular. The pedestrian only streets and the vibe of the town was alive and very safe. La Spezia is beautiful overall!

Let us remark we have several kinds of accomodations available, the one you chose, as you know, was a standard room, which is the most basic kind of room we can provide. So, for anyone interested, let us underline larger accomodations, with/without kitchen with/without balcony and so one are available and can accomodate up to 6 people, check the listings please. Although the room was spacious and clean. The shower stall door was not properly cleaned there are black mildew stains. We were on the 4th floor noise on the 5th floor occupant was very noisy of children running back and forth.
