Perfect, we really loved this place and its helpful hosts.
Finding a parking place can be a bit tricky though.

Great place, great hosts and super clean

The villa is immaculate and very well organised.
A little bit out of the centre but it is very easy to get everywhere. It only took us 18 minutes to Cinque Terre.
Parking was on the street outside (free). Local neighborhood is very safe.
Marco was able to recommend a few places to eat in the local area.
Great service, great place - thank you. We will be back.

Place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre with car
Posted 12 Oct 2021 on HotelsOur room was very comfortable and modern. The building was quite nice as well. The host was very friendly. However the check in time was extremely inconvenient. Their hours are from 18:30 to 22:00. We had planned to go to Cinque Terre the day we arrived. We had to call the host to accommodate us. Which he did. But it was extremely inconvenient and took a while. It is also a bit if a walk to the La Spezia train station if you are going to take the train to Cinque Terre. About 20 minutes. No breakfast but there was a cafe right across the street.

as you write, you arrived out of checkin time, without informing us a little in advance, but when you were already in front of the structure ... !!! difficult to imagine it for us ...
just the time to get to you is "the time" you describe that you waited ... if only you had warned us in advance you would not have waited even a second, as we have always done with all our guests ...

Posted 22 Sep 2021 on HotelsSuper cute decor, large clean room with a terrace. Bathroom very recently renovated. Perfect for families with two play areas, a bbq with seating in a gazebo and a pool! Amenities included snacks and complete espresso set up. Convenient to three restaurants. Quiet at night.

Very clean accomadation and friendly staff. Good air conditioning and little snack breakfast of croissants and jam provided. Easy access to La Spezia station, 10 - 15 minutes walk. Only suggeation would be to offer milk with the coffee capsules and offer a daily price to use pool facilities as we may have used it one of the days but certainly not all.

A little disappointed
Posted 15 Sep 2018 on HotelsThe room was clean and close to the train station. The check in time of 18:30 was inconvenient. We arrived at 14:00 only to discover the time at check was over four hours away. We had to head back to the station and had to pay 10.00 euros to store the bags to check in time. If your going to run a business that is customer driven you need to be on the premises when guest arrive.

the checkin time certainly you do not discover it when you arrive in the structure ..... if you read it for good when you book you would have found all the info also of the check-in time, also because after the booking we sent you a confirmation message with all the info again. since you gave us the advice on how to manage our rooms we give you another one ... READ BETTER DESCRIPTION OF THE STRUCTURE WHEN YOU BOOK .... !!!!
