In spite of no personnel present at check in, it went quite smoothly after reading all instructions. Room was immaculate and well equipped. Electronics are very well accommodated. Would highly recommend.

No answer to phone calls or messages till the day before arrival

Check in process was a nightmare! Do NOT book this property unless you use WhatsApp and plan to have cell service while in country. There was no other option to receive the check in information and building codes. No flexibility was offered, and no sympathy was expressed by the manager. We were told we'd be "outside," unless we were able to use WhatsApp. The room was not even at the address listed on orbitz and was actually around the block. It was a stranger letting us borrow her phone that ultimately allowed us to access our room.

Dear William, using technology in 2024 is a nightmare? we don't think so. you received an email on Orbitz informing us that there was no reception and you had to provide a whataspp number, moreover you met a member of our staff who provided you all information so don't be dramatic. You cannot enter without providing documents and it's not sympathy it's law. Be smart thank you

these clients entered other guests without any permission and they insulted us . only people to avoid and escape
