We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, using it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. It was nice at the end of the day to be able to come back and relax in a quieter setting. We loved having the balconies where we could watch all the happenings in the area!
The room was clean, had a kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Housekeeping came in daily and made the bed and freshened things up, that was an added bonus!

The property was very nice. The elevator was pretty small but it gets you to your floor. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There is not always someone at reception but if you text them they respond quickly.

Wonderful stay

Amazing Stay!
Posted 29 Sep 2024 on HotelsThis was a wonderful little place in a great location. They even left water in the fridge daily. Simonetta was so very helpful with suggestions of what to see in the area. The only suggestion I would have is new pillows, otherwise this place was amazing!

Tiny 5 room guest house that worked for me
Posted 2 Sep 2024 on Hotels10 minutes walk from La Spezia railway station and 10 minutes walk to the port area this place in the centre of everything. Right on your doorstep are the pedestrian strips of restaurants and bars. The manageress very kindly allowed me to check into my room itself at 11:15am, unheard of. The place is on the third floor of a typical residential block. There is a lift! It is a brand spanking new reno by the looks. Door codes etc means you come and go at your leisure as the reception is only staffed in the morning. The room was super comfortable. Lovely bed linen, fridge, tea/coffee facilities. Shuttered windows means good sleep. No breakfast but it's outside your door! The whole experience was just easy and convenient. I think La Spezia itself is a gem that is overlooked due to its sparkling neighbour the Cinque Terre.

Hi Mark, it was also a pleasure for us to host a sensitive and kind person like you. I would like to point out that the reception is usually open from 8.30 in the morning and operates all day non-continuously but based on arrival times (this is why we contact you the day before to find out the arrival time). The rooms are usually available from 2pm, however if a customer informs you, as you did, that they will arrive in the morning we are willing to accept your luggage and if the room is already ready we are happy to put it at your disposal as you usually arrive a long time ago away to visit our beautiful territory and for this we are infinitely grateful to you. Clean, well air conditioned and friendly staff. Great place to stay at. Close to the train station to see the other towns
