Nice stay

Bad service and stole money
Posted 1 Jan 2019 on Hotelsthis hotel charged us twice this room because she has issued getting payment from hotels.com while it was clear we had paid for the room already. The hotel is holding the second charge on hostage and put the responsibility on us to get reimbursement from hotels.com. This is outrageous as a service and type of answer from someone working in the service industry.

A traditional alpine hotel in idyllic location

Pros: Clean and supported by excellent and friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing - don't spoil a good thing!
Location: Easy access to the mountains (cable car) for walking or mountain biking. White water sports. Ideal for active holidays winter or summer.
We spent 5 nights at this hotel in the beautiful alpine village of La Salle des Alpes. The picturesque village was within 3 minutes walk with plenty of small restaurants and bars and mountain bike hire shops and white water rafting. A great place for an active holiday in winter or summer.
Above all, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful all supported by Capo, the dog.
Excellent value for money.

Quaint hotel

Pros: Room big by French standards, staff very accommodating and helpful. Easy access to boot room.
Cons: Quite expensive in term time. Decor could be overhauled.
Location: Great location easy walk to the town and ski lifts. Bus stops close by.
Very enjoyable stay,staff very helpful, great location.
