Covid is over. Have a better breakfast. Quality Inn and Hannibal Mo is a great example.

I'm sorry to hear you felt that I came across as rude while explaining that we have to hold you to the same standards as all our other guests on our policy requirements for incidentals. I understand it can be frustrating, but these policies are in place for a purpose. Thanks!

Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, but not necessarily the best either. People in the rooms above me could be heard stomping around for much of the night. The bathroom floors felt like they were staring to fall apart. The rooms, and even the hotel in general, could use a little updating. Somehow I accidentally booked a room where smoking was provided when I actually wanted a non-smoking room, and the clerk working that night ended up fixing that issue for me (totally on me). So I’ll give him credit for that.

Smoking room was given, but I do not smoke and I have asthma as well so this was very unpleasant. Wouldn’t move me to a different room or give options even after contacting Expedia which is what I booked through, claimed they didn’t have any other rooms left when Expedia reached out to them. So be aware if you book through expedia and you need something fixed the hotels won't do it due to "contract" and the booking being with expedia.
