In my opinion, this properly is terrible due to a couple of things.
1) No Designated Parking - only 4 parking stalls available, be prepared to circle around for 30 minutes hoping someone will leave so you can park. There are no other parking areas available within 1/8 of a mile.
2) There are no proper instructions given to the guest. Via e-mail or a guest booklet in the property. The only thing we received that one can call as instructions was a key code to a lock box, and a very dark / shaky video showing how to find the door to the property. When we got to the property, there were two lock boxes with labeled (Fort Bovet). No information at all regarding check-in and check-out procedures.
3) The breaker keeps tripping leaving guests with no electricity. This happend to us many times, as soon as one tries using the clothes washer along with anything else in the house (like the dishwasher) - the breaker trips. With no prior instructions given to guests, we had to contact the property manager to get information, leaving us fumbling in the dark trying to use candles to get some light. The property manager finally got back to us 20 minutes later stating we had to go down to the basement, remove the lock from what looks like a barn door, then find the right breaker for the unit.
4) No AC, and with the unit being at the top floor - it gets hot (25c when we were there). Open a window and you'll invite hordes of mosquitos as there are no screens.
5) No WiFi
