However, everything was good service room was cleaned and everything we got overcharged for the buffet overcharged for the dinner. Food was overcooked when we decided to have dinner it was a lot going on, but that’s not no excuse for poor service are the food being overcooked I paid what I paid, I wasn’t happy but you live your life. Just wanted to get out with my wife and just have so long time for a couple of days house not far from the hotel. Just stay home.

Dirty property, horrific staff who didn’t care about anything to do with your drinking or dining experience. Menu was rediculous, nothing on it!! Way too small. Boats not going out, coffee cold, very very slow service! Cable went out, people didn’t clean room, they ran out of almond milk for coffee, and suddenly they did not serve wine by the glass, only the bottle! Unacceptable. No one apologizes for anything. Pool dirty. Again apathetic, no one cares….terrible for the DR. Don’t go there!

From the moment you enter the grounds security the reception the people at the bar the lady that helped with breakfast I forgot her name the facility is brand new clean and the views are superb I am bringing my son and his family in November, oh and the food I had churrasco and fries whole fried fish, oh my god all around a paradise.

New property. Phenomenal service. Everyone was nice and responsive. The property is beautiful. Beautiful view of the sea and Catalina island. Only drawback was no beach front on property, but yacht dock was close so you could get close to the water. Also, not in a walkable area. On site restaurant was reasonably priced and good food. Pool was fabulous.

I like the convenience of this hotel. The service is great. The property is well maintained, it is always clean. My suggestion is to come up with a type of stickers for guess at the hotel so we are not stopped every time we leave and enter the premises. My only disappointment is that I ordered red wine and it was served cold. When I asked to change it the waiter said all the red wines were cold. It was surprising that a business like this, that serves so many international clients wouldn’t know the protocol when serving wine. After this experience I would only ask for white wine.

Everything was ok according to our expectations: clean room, easy parking and safe, swimming pool with the facilities we were looking for in that area, being near to the city. We cannot comment on food etc. in this hotel. The pool area was nice with lounges and laying chairs but very limited options for laying in the shade . I recommend to improve this because it’s needed in hot weather.
