I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and the experience was made exceptional thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Special mention goes to Barbara at the reception desk. She was incredibly helpful during our check-in, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Barbara went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for sightseeing and helping us find all the information we needed to make the most of our visit. Her friendly and professional demeanor truly set the tone for our stay. In addition to Barbara's fantastic service, Yuri and Anton at the bar also deserve high praise. They were both incredibly welcoming and provided top-notch service throughout our time at the hotel. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made our evenings at the bar a delightful experience. Overall, the staff at this hotel made our stay memorable with their exceptional service and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely stay

The location of the hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside was when using the card for the parking we had to go back to the hotel to hand it back after we had left. Maybe the option of a drop-off box at the parking location would be a better idea. But other than that minor issue the hotel cleanliness, location, was brilliant.

We had an extremely small room, could barely walk around the bed, had a small window close to the floor, the room was on the 1st floor only reachable with staircase. The toilets were not working and located less than a meter from the bed with a poor sliding door (zero intimacy). The staff was very unfriendly, not even trying to look for a solution. We saw the staff being absolutely awful with other guests, charging them 5€ per baggage to be stored in the baggage room (even small kid backpacks), in cash only, obviously not willing to give receipts. This hotel is far from being legal in so many aspects!

Monsieur,Vous avez réservé deux jours avant votre arrivée, nous vous avons attribué la chambre qui était disponible pour cette période, notre personnel vous avez proposé par le biais d'Expedia une autre chambre que vous avez refusé. A aucun moment vous avez signalé le dysfonctionnement des toilettes (notre service technique serait intervenu immédiatement). Nous avons en effet un service bagagerie gratuit pour nos clients et payant pour l'extérieur, Devons nous vous demander l'autorisation ? Croyez vous que si nous n'étions pas conforme aux normes nous aurions l'autorisation d'ouverture ?
