old world wonderful hotel
this hotel has unique personality including good service, quality breakfast. The swimming pool with the thermal water is absoluteley gorgeous. We loved this place!!!

a charming hotel
The welcome at the hotel was very warm, the staff were mostly French speaking but they tried very well to make us feel welcome. The language barrier was ours to overcome not theirs to bridge, so don't expect to be greeted with "morning sir how are you". The decor and comfort level of the hotel was that of a period boutique hotel that gave the warmth and charm of a small family run establishment. All in all a very pleasent hotel in a charming location.

Sejour correct .chambre simple pour un 4 etoiles ressemble plus a un 3 etoiles bouteille commandée en chambre pour 18h montee a 18h20 apres avoir ete la réclamer. Oubli de confiture,yaourt,miel....commandé pour le petit dejeuner qui lui a ete demandé a 9h45 ,emmené a 10h00 apres avoir du appeler la réception......heureusement, nous n avions pas de train a prendre ...

Très bon accueil. Bâtiment ancien, bien entretenu et rénové, aménagé avec du mobilier moderne. Chambres spacieuses et propres. Il est à noter que paradoxalement, l'accueil du restaurant est quant à lui déplorable. Il s'agit du restaurant Le Saint Roch, qui fonctionne avec cet hôtel, mais qui est situé à environ 200 mètres.

Hamam rouille, ps du tout propre... nettoyage de la chambre le lendemain non satisfaisante, serviette qu'ils n'ont pas changée. .. dommage vu le prix mérite à peine un 3 étoiles...

Le sejour a ete une catastrophe apres un acceuil chaleureux a l hotel on nous a dirige au restaurant de l hotel de l autre cote de la place le st roch La tout s est gache aucun acceuil pas de service digne de ce nom on voit que c est fait pour des curistes dont on a peu a faire Nous en amoureux on etait des alliens Dans la chambre rideau douche seche cheveux hs etc. Bref pas terrible pour un soit disant hotel de standing du coup on a pas voulu tester le spa de peur d etre encore plus decus
