"Great all around. Staff is super nice and friendly. Very attentive. Two things I would fix. 1) air conditioning is not strong enough. 2) Allegra restaurant closed two days in a row can create instance where guests staying for two nights cannot eat there AND also closed on same nights as neighboring restaurants. Makes no sense. "

Hotel is very conveniently located to visit Rioja's best bodegas. Staff are lovely and most helpful in arranging tours. Hotel has one minor deficiency in a curiously noisy plumbing system."

"Went during pilgrimage and loved this Parador. So close to everything and so quaint. We did the Camino de Santiago, St. James original, and without knowing, this was on the Camino. Loved seeing all the Peregrinos. Staff was super friendly. Left my adapter in last hotel, and they even had a US adapter for me. Will definitely be back when I do the Camino."
