Rude and unfriendly staff. Filthy hotel. The room was not cleaned. There were hairs in the bathtub. Trash in the trash cans. Refrigerator did not work. Only one roll of toilet paper. Poor parking conditions. Unsafe and dangerous characters hanging out in the hallways.

It's a good cheap hotel but expect broken amenities like door knobs missing and air conditioning broken but it was clean sheets and not terrible, just needs help with maintenance.

The room smelled like urine as soon as we walked in. Our door would not close or lock AT ALL! The female manager was quite RUDE when we brought it to her attention! Finally came upstairs looked and said “yes fine I’ll move you I guess move to room 311”. We were in room 317. And then room 311 also had a urine smell but I went and bought Air freshener seeing I was only there for the night! I’ve stayed at this Travel Lodge many many times and never had any issues at at! The sheets and bedcover had burn holes and they to smelled. I never in my life expected to have these issues from there! I did appreciate the move but the smell the sheets and the blanket just sent me over the point and to be completely honest I do not know if I will go back there ever again!!!

Unflushed, moldy toilet that didn’t work. So disgusting. I didn’t want to touch anything. I don’t know how this place has a 7 rating. I paid $165 CDN for probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed.
The people at reception were nice.

It was the most discussing hotel I have ever stayed at. So dirty. The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The room stunk, the air only worked when it felt like it. If I could rate in the negative, I would.
