Very rundown property. I wouldn't stay there again.

The trash cans- by the pool, in public areas around the hotel, were all crawling with bugs, mostly fruit flies.
No complaints about the room, the pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were all in working condition with many people enjoying them.

Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
Many upgrades are needed on and in this property to make it more appealing and it seemed some areas were in various phases of this.
Staff was accommodating but not overly friendly.
No smoke/CO detector in room.
Furnishings in room were very worn and unattractive and hard surface floor was dirty.
Fortunately I was off property for most of my stay other than sleeping. Sampled the continental breakfast my first morning and found the rubber eggs close to inedible and opted to eat elsewhere for the next four days of my trip.

Floor of room was dirty and had something sticky spilled on it. I had to clean it myself. No sound proofing in walls. Could hear people in adjoining rooms too well.

No coffee machine in the room. Not even a drinking glass. No carpet on the floor of the room.

The indoor outdoor pool was amazing. But the place was kind of dirty.

It was loud kids running people getting drunk and screaming at 1AM I got woke up 3 times from people next door screaming and partying. The rooms were huge and clean beds were nice and comfortable. If I had it to do over I wouldn't stay there again. Worst experience ever had
