"Our Host and Hostess were delightful. Our surroundings beautiful! Both the interior and exterior memorable! The yard and pool area landscaped beautifully. Breakfast, a selection of fresh fruits, fresh croissants, juice, yogurt, and coffee or tea. The views stunning! peaceful. My mattress dropped a bit from over use. We arrived in early Oct. so most business had shut down from the Fall. One restaurant was open for lunch and the castle wasn’t to open until Nov again. But lots of walking in nature...

"It was bearable, but more roach motel than hotel. Dark and dingy room at the back overlooking a swamp-like swimming pool and AC units. Bed reasonably comfortable, pillows (or rather pillow) dreadful. Inconveniently separate toilet and bathroom. Breakfast not worth the money really, but the coffee was nice.
