Great location. Staff were not as friendly as i’d want or expect, but they got the job done. I’d expect a bellman to, at least, offer to help me carry my luggage down the steps to the waiting taxi instead of simply watching me do it myself. I tip, btw. Breakfast was mediocre, at best. Had to wait for plates, look for coffee cups. Not enough food for the number of guests left one waiting for more to be brought out. The whole breakfast experience was subpar. Lastly, one tiny bottle of water in the room upon arrival? C’mon, that’s just cheap. One more thing: It’s an APART-hotel with a kitchenette. ZERO supplies were provided. Even one kitchen towel, a small sponge, a tiny bottle of liquid dish soap would have been appreciated.

Give it a miss….

Couldn’t find our booking when we checked in, took thirty minutes to find and made to feel like we were at fault. Wouldn’t let us check in an hour early, despite the room being available and having gold membership. Booked a suite because it said on their website that a bath would be in the room. This was a lie, only a shower. No coffee or tea in the room despite having a kitchen. Would only allow late check out once I complained and showed them gold membership. additionally, breakfast is very poor. Would give it a miss if I was to go back to La Paz.
