the property needs a major refurbishment, noisy rooms, you hear every noise through th poorly insulated door seals.

It's close to downtown and 20 minutes away from Balandra and Tecolote beach. Its a must to go visit

The room we stayed in was on the end. It smelled like sewer and that smell became so unbearable we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. They were aware of the smell and still put us there then told us they had no additional rooms. It was asphyxiating. They were nice enough to allow me to cancel my second day with a refund but dod not refund the initial day we had to move in middle of night. I told them never to rent those rooms out on the end. There are plenty of hotels in La Paz And i booked a room that morning I checked out and was allowed to check in to other hotel early in am. My problem is that they knew it was a problem and allowed us to check in anyway.

One small cafe with long wait times and cold food. Small menu super slow service and wait time to pay the bill. Internet is a joke.
