The hotel was clean and everyone was very polite. There is good eating nearby. Our only problem was the water heater didn't work very well in one room. The water heater worked perfect in the second room. The breakfast was small but it was all fresh and good.

The service was excellent clean room and breakfast was good Álvaro was kind and very respectful ,friendly and hard working young man I was satisfied and happy for everything.

Loud construction right out our window 2 early mornings (Saturday at 6:10am), no towels on our last day, no toilet paper replacement ever, could not communicate with any of the hotel staff (all were strictly Spanish speaking), employee entered our room when we were out at midnight and just threw a comforter on top of our bed in a heap (we witnessed the entry and couldn’t communicate our discomfort and unease due to language barrier) Would not recommend!

Room was as you walk in the property noisy because of location next to where breakfast was served. Breakfast was rolls and yogurt because all the other food was gone. No towels in room had to ask for everything. It was as if they didn’t know we were arriving. Answered only one email so couldn’t ask questions about room location.

The hotel is in a good location. It has the potential to be a better hotel. Breakfast was ok nothing fancy.

This was hotel was in a great location. There were a lot of restaurants and bars in the area. I also felt safe walking around at night. The hotel staff were exceptional in assisting us with our needs, most especially Richard who was around every time we needed something.
