Filthy hallway carpet on the second floor.
Bathroom door would not close.

I here 9 months ago and it has appeared to have gotten more run down than before. Closets don't open well, water running, toilet not flush to the ground, elevators are slow, carpet is dirty. Though, for the price you pay for it, it is a good value because it comes with complimentary breakfast, free and abundant parking, in a safe neighborhood, and near eating establishments. There is no housekeeping so the price point to stay here per night is fair.

I don't understand why the entrance doors to this hotel are locked 24hrs a day. The shower heads in the showers never work correctly and the maintenance and repairs are poorly done and always make the rooms look cheap and unprofessional.
