"We had a wonderful four night stay at Zenitude. Staff was friendly and efficient. The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Loved our heated towels. The receptionist was rude on arrival and their was limited information around the reception which lead to our lack of expectations of what ammenties we were going to receive in the room. The hotel did not provide one single hand or body towel, expect a dish towel which was dirty. There was no bed sheet/pillow covers, meaning we were required to sleep with a thick material blanket, which we do not believe to of been cleaned between each...

"This park of rental apartments was taken over recently by Vacance soleil. They renamed it to "résidence club" to give the impression that it's more than a rental apartment. It's not. The apartments are ok but old fashioned (with only some newly build) and the swimmingpool is way to small for the amount of apartments (125 apartments vs 60 beds around the pool). The food is also very average. Nevertheless the location is magnificent. The "re-branding" is done clearly done for commercial reasons...

"The pool was too cold to swim in. The pool snack bar was closed all week. You can’t eat or drink around the pool and if you leave the pool area which is gated you can’t return for ten minutes. The accommodation was basic and dirty, we had to ask to move rooms. All up big hills so no good for anyone wi to mobility issues. No air conditioning. The shop was good but expensive. Remote location, need a car or Ubers become expensive. The pool of it was warm enough to swim in would have been amazing....
