I stay there at least once a year and it is always super clean and the desk staff is very friendly.
The Spa O'Quartz and Zen Evasion Spa are my favourite part of staying there.
Massage therapists are always very professional and attentive to your specific needs. Since the renos the Spa really has a nice feel with the multiple pools, sauna and relax area.
The hotel is a short walk from the Casino for those who gamble and is also close to nice hiking trails that lead to the St. Lawrence River.
This year I noticed that maintenance staff was often in the hallways with tools and machinerie. Might be the change of season so i'm not sure I want to hold it against them.
The restaurant has a varied menu to please everyone and the Table d'Hote has some nicer options like duck and seafood for a very affordable price.
Overall a very nice place to stay in La Malbaie.

Good position. The rooms are nice, but had some bugs. Staff were not helpful Service not great
