"Beautiful resort. Wish we had stayed longer. Staff everywhere were extremely friendly. We had a a 2nd floor deluxe room which faced the volcano but was partially obscured by a tree. No big deal. Still an amazing view. Food at the restaurant was very good but there wasn't much Costa Rican variety. Pool and the bar were great. My only issue was that they wouldnt exchange any US currency to Costa Rican. Also keep in mind that this resort is about a 20 minute drive from La Fortuna."

"An excellent rain forest resort if you're looking for beautiful grounds with gardens, large thermal pool and Jacuzzi options, good variety of tasty restaurant options, full included breakfast buffet, pool, swim up bar by the Jacuzzi pools, jungle sauna, short perimeter hiking trail (too many roots for running), and friendly/helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable and adequate. A great getaway for couples, and good variety for families (including playground, pools, chill-out lounge with pool table, foosball etc). Would definitely return 👍"

"Stayed for 2 nights. Great location, if you have a car, that is convenient to many things without being right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Extremely quiet with amazing landscaping and birds - had a tree full of toucans one evening! Having 6 individual hot tubs was nice as one was always available. Drinks at the pool bar were very good. Entire property was very clean. Room was updated and big. Only negatives I would mention is the WiFi and TV were not the best but we were in vacation so it didn’t really bother us. We would definitely stay here again if we get back to La Fortuna!!"

"This was an amazing property. Off the main road and very serene. Each room has amazing view of volcán Arenal, and the hot springs were a nice plus. "

"This was such an amazing experience and we loved all the pools, the water slides, the food and the staff were so kind. The rooms were nice but not as special as the property, but we didnt spend much time in our room and we didnt stay in the premium rooms. Highly recommend and an uber into La fortuna was 3$US More than easy enough. An uber was always 1 min away. BOOK IT. JUST DO IT! "

"The most amazing experience. This is actually the 2nd time I have stayed here. The first was 8 years ago and I decided to come back. The staff is phenomenal. The pools are glorious. Everything is so clean and I couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful hotel. And the best part, no kids! "

"Great location and price. The complimentary breakfast and observation trail makes it even better deal. The only down side was the squeaky old mattresses and neighbors running water for an hour at night. "
