We had two rooms and views were obstructed by trees that were not trimmed. Bathrooms have leaking old faucets. Noisy guests next to us until late at night.

The prices are very expensive and the customer service is horrible. I have been there once and I will never go back. The customer service is better they would have a customer for life. But they exploited me as the customer for a one time game not realizing that they were getting pennies now I am not getting many dollars later. Overcharges for everything

The lake and facilities were beautiful. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The power went out often along with the Wi-Fi, and many of the slides and pools were not open for the kids when they wanted to play. Food was the big issue- all very overpriced, extremely limited options, left us all feeling pretty awful… very limited other dining options in the area without paying large “day pass” fees to even step foot in other restaurants around the laguna. Bummer because it was beautiful and could have been really fun if the facilities were more available.

Well kept resort with nice cabins and views. Cool slide from the deck into the lake. However, they charged us 80USD a night for our 2 year old sharing a bed. Do you not understand that a 2 year old is a baby still and doesn’t need his own bed? Made me message my credit card number which I wasn’t comfortable with even though I booked on Expedia. Pool was gross. Front desk women was rude and the food was actually inedible. Beyond disgusting every meal. I know it looks cool with the slides but please trust me, stay somewhere else.

Charging extra for milk on an included breakfast is petty. Restaurant prices are exaggerated and there are no options around without a vehicle
