The bathroom and the area around the air conditioner weren’t the cleanest. Also, the room was double booked which resulted in another guest unexpectedly walking into our room at 2am, which startled my family. The front desk admitted their mistake but was overall unhelpful in resolving the issue. Won’t be returning again.

Right from the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with polite words and a clean lobby! Even though it was cold and snowing outside, that didn't stop the front desk from being polite and ensuring that we had everything we needed & notified me I was selected as the "Guest of the Day", which was a very nice touch & unique to this property! Something that other hotels should adopt because it makes guest(s) feel appreciated! There was nothing special about being "Guest of the Day", but they did provide a bottle of water and a bag of chips! Outside of that, the room was clean, the lobby, hallways and breakfast area! The only thing I would change is the banging of the doors by the cleaning staff while cleaning rooms!

We checked in on Thanksgiving Day and did not immediately go to our room since we were to celebrate the holiday with family. When we returned to the property around 9;00 pm we discovered the room we were assigned had never been cleaned. The bed was unmade and there was fast food trash around the room. It took 15 minutes for somebody to come help us at the front desk. When we checked out the following morning, the person at the front desk couldn't be bothered to get up from her seat and put down her phone to ask about our stay. She just asked us to place our key in the box. Very disappointing service.
