EL hotel es bonito, la habitación bien, normal ara un hotel de este nivel, llegar a la habitación era un verdadero laberinto. Desayuno bien, el servicio si me quedó a deber. Mandaron mensaje de texto previo a mi llegada para ver que necesitaba, intenté reservar en el SPA, nunca me mandaron información, ya estando en el hotel llamé al SPA y no contestaron, despues de 3 intentos deseché la opción. Personal de Bellman y Valet muy bien.

Very nice property with nicely redone rooms. A bit too much of a horse theme in halls and rooms but nevertheless nice. The property grounds are quite beautiful. A couple things that were not great: our room was a long walk from lobby which is ok for a walk but our requests for service had us waiting a very long time. Also, the lobby and all public rooms have all outside doors and windows open at all hours making it uncomfortably cold indoors. We spoke to tge front desk multiple times and days and nothing changed.

Power outage sucked. Food was average. Beds were hard as a rock. 3/5

Beautiful property with wonderful people. Pricey for sure, but worth it.
