Helpful check in staff when we found our reservation had been cancelled for unknown reason.
Outdoor lighting not on when completely dark at night. Safety hazard. Front desk staff said they could not turn on the lights, it was automatic. Ridiculous.

Rooms dirty. Needs upgrade. No trashcan anywhere in room. Large number of oilfield(?) workers staying and were extremely loud and drunk outside with loud music and vehicles revving engine until 5:30 AM. AC also very loud.

An oasis in harsh Texas elements just as good as other higher priced hotels in the area

We had confirmation and documentation of our stay and was told our reservation was cancelled. We had no notification of this and they did not care! Left to find another hotel all on our own with no assistance and late at night! Absolutely disgusting! I will never book this place again and hope Expedia takes it out!!

The wifi internet never worked in our room. We got lots of excuses and saying they didnt know whats wrong or there was a full outage (but lobby internet worked). At checkout, the guy (one i hadnt talked to before) said, "yes. They are getting fiber to help as only half of the place gets internet and other half doesnt).
All they had to do was let me know at the beginning that this was the reason, not baloney excuses.
Also, their cable was extremely shoddy in one room and was broken (wouldnt turn on) in the other room.

NEVER AGAIN!! Hot shower & clean Dark room is all you get.
Check in is 3pm on a hot fall day, the A/C is not on at all. The ice box is unplugged It takes over 24 hrs. for them to freeze any thing. The TV has only reruns and buy cr*p channels. no news or local channels. I was told it needed to be reset. It was still resetting when I left. The internet did not work in the room or outside. I went to the office and signed on. IT IS NOT FREE INTERNET! (1hr. only). The people are nice but, how many times do you excuse the Patels? This was the start of an ANNUAL FESTIVAL. They expect to be sold out. NO reason not to be ready. I'm sure they are sold out for the next 17 days.
OYO standards must be lower than MOTEL 6.
You don't save anything by staying here.
