I did a reservation and paid for it but when I got to the hotel later there was no reservation on file for me so I accepted a more vostly room eith a king bed which is more than what I wanted to spend buts its what was available. I paid for it with my credit card so I was out the money I paid you. How do I get refunded from you. I use you all the time. This is the 2nd time in one year that the same thing has happend. My number is 910 261-0657
