a real disappointment
Posted 14 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe hotel seems to have seen better days. The staff was very friendly. Our room (first floor, no 114) was very poor. A shower that does not work well, paper cups instead of real coffee cups, a fridge that almost fell apart, a fitted carpet that did not look really hygienic. Is this stardard of a 4 star hotel? No, not really.
The balcony was lovely, beautiful view on the port.

Great location. Next to the marina, and lots of restaurants. However during my stay the parking lot was under repair. Had to park on the street. It is not easy when you are a stranger to a country you don't want to make parking mistakes and at the time of my check in I don't think I received proper attention for the parking. Had to pay a lot, and besides that the stress of goint back and forth to the parking machine is quite stresfull.
