The room we had was like a dungeon. Supposed to be a king suite. The sink light bulb went out and the desk said they had no one on duty that could change a light bulk. At check out the lady said they would provide a discount. That didn't happen. I would never stay there again.

Our reservations were made more than a month in advance, where we booked two rooms. Not not only were our rooms on opposite ends of the hallways they were on different floors. I personally spoke with a live person when the I checked on the reservations. Clerk on duty refused to get us rooms closer together when we checked in shortly after 3:00 p.m. We make a trip to LaGrande once a year; we will not be staying at the Super 8 by Wyndam next year.

I am very sorry to hear that we were unable get your rooms in closer together, we do our best if we have such requests to accommodate to them. However certain circumstances such as other guests checking in earlier in the week occupying those rooms already and we were at full occupancy the nights of your stay prevents us from doing so. I do sincerely apologize again and hope you will give us another chance to serve you better in the future.

The room is kind of dark

Biggest con was no elevator, which can really be an issue if you’re staying multiple nights and need to bring more than a couple bags. Hot tub and pool was nice- pool was heated. Breakfast was grab and go but was decent. Overall, recommend for the price.
