Anytime asked for assistance for anything (keys deactivated multiple times despite being separate from devices that could deactivate them, checking out and no one around even though bell for service was rang 3 times, etc…) it always seemed like I was an inconvenience. I was in town for a sporting event at EOU and had no other option than to stay at this location, but I can’t say I’d ever go back. It was clean “enough” and the beds were comfortable. Workout room and breakfast were ok…nothing that was worth mentioning…but at least they were available.

My pros for this stay was that the hotel staff was nice and the room (appeared) to be clean. However, looking under the bed showed lots of dust and debris. The shower also looked like it hadn't be properly cleaned in a while. Also, as we checked in they notified us that there was no internet and no TV. The ice machine was also not working during our stay. Overall, I wouldn't stay again and I don't think that for $125.00 it was worth the money I paid. However, it was a safe and dry space to sleep.

Showed up warned there was no WiFi ir Internet, never had it all night. Went to pool and hot tub the hot tub was cool then we were told it hot tub would be cooler quickly due to maintenance they were performing Thank goodness bed was comfortable. Place was Not worth the $$ we paid.

We’ve stayed here before. The “normal” pet room smelled horribly of cigarettes. So they switched us to a “backup pet room.” This room was actually nice.
