The hostess (owner) was very friendly and helpful and she ordered our food which was delivered free of charge from a very good restaurant nearby. the pool and Jacuzzi area is very picturesque! Unfortunately, we didn't get the opportunity to use it since we got in pretty late. Only complaint was the mini fridge was a little smelly.

Very nice property. Very clean and tidy. Small # of rooms which is nice. Staff was excellent. Would stay there again and recommend to anyone!!

The receptionist Cecila was very kind and helpful. Provided restaurant recommendations. The typical Costa Rican was tasteful. The property is absolutely beautiful.

Cecilia was very accommodating and friendly. I had to leave very early the first morning before breakfast start time, so they brought me food the night before so I’d have something in my stomach before departing on my adventure. This is a small family owned hotel so there is no entertainment or lobby full-time person, but you can contact them by email or text if you need something and they will assist you. A complete and very nice breakfast is served on site but there is no kitchen so you need to go out for lunch or dinner and it is about a 10 min drive to downtown. If you have a car or pick-up shuttles to your activity, and you want a nice and quiet place to stay, away from the hectic of downtown, this is the place to stay. They have a very nice pool and jacuzzi and a great vegetation. Thank you very much Cecilia and staff!

Everything was perfect. The only thing is why I did not say excellent is because according to Expedia when I booked I was under the impression that the breakfast was included, but we were charged $8 per person per day. Not a big deal but somehow it is frustrating that the advertising is with breakfast and then you are charged. Special thanks to Cecilia for all her service and kindness.

Thank you very much for your comment We are glad you liked our site We regret the misunderstanding but we remind you that sometimes we offer two packages one with breakfast and one without breakfast. When your reservation says no breakfast at check in time it is directly confirmed with the client to always clarify that part. Unfortunately you made an anonymous comment so I cannot review your reservation and the detail in doubt. we always make sure at check-in that what the customer has reserved is the same as in our system. Otherwise you must speak with Expedia since you have made the reservation by that means. There are few times that customers book without breakfast and for that reason we strive to always clarify when the guest book without breakfast. We check the details with you at check in to review reservation details. We are a little surprised at your discontent because if there was any doubt we might need to know to call Expedia. In those cases you must always call Expedia which is your representative agency. But we apologize for that dissatisfaction because our desire is always that you get the best Mussaenda experience Thank you very much for your visit
