5/5 Excellent
"After a week of staying in charming B and B’s and having to drag our luggage up three flights of narrow stairs, we decided to go with the “mod cons” for a night. Granted that the location in an industrial area is not very appealing, but that was made up for by the fact that we didn’t have to dive head first into the bed to avoid hitting our heads on the eaves, and the bathroom was larger than a closet. The staff was friendly and genuinely nice. We liked it so much that we went back a few nights later on our return through the area. The restaurant food was remarkably good for a hotel—-except for the pizza. Both nights we were there, there were large tour groups in the main dining room but other diners were served promptly. Kudos to the staff!"
