Wonderful staff, so kindly and they really want the do the best. We were so happy to keep the room little bit longer.

THEY HAVE ROACHES!!

I stayed at this hotel for one night and let me tell you, from the first 20 minutes of waiting for someone to come and check me in, I knew that this property was a mistake. After being checked in, I got dressed and headed out to do activities on the beach. I attempted to take a shower but couldn’t even do that because the shower head is embedded in the ceiling making it impossible for someone like me to bathe without getting my hair wet. So I decided to not take a shower and just head to bed before my shuttle in the morning. That was an even bigger mistake because about 10 minutes later, I was attacked by a roach that crawled across my face and pillow and was completely shaken by this. I decided to stay in the living room until my departure at 7am but was contacted by one of the workers about my shuttle at 1am and decided to tell him the situation. He came to assess the room and did in fact find the culprit. He was appalled and moved me to another room but I still couldn’t sleep in comfort. Yes, things like this happen. But in a place that’s nearly $200 a night, you would expect for there to be much more cleanliness and precautions taken so that things like this don’t happen. Especially in the bed. I wouldn’t recommend this destination unless you are ok with sleeping with bugs.

Dear Guest, The management was called and informed to waive off one room which apparently was booked by mistake.... Management refused as you cannot cancel a room and expect a refund last minute. So the management was threatened that if a refund is not given then we will get adverse feedback. So here you go. I don't know what would have happened if you had to cancel an airline ticket last minute you would have done something to the aircraft itself. Le Relax Management.

Dear Guest, please do convey what transpired at your end. You wished to cancel one room that also upon arrival. You then called the management, and your offer was turned down. It was explained to you that we do not accept cancellation last minute. You wanted a refund for a No-show which is subject to 100% cancellation amount. Then you started threatening the management that you will put adverse feedback on the platform. Kindly note that if you do face a situation wherein you have made a mistake then you must learn to accept it. The hotel is not at fault. We also explained to you that we hold the room for you until the last day of your arrival. The hotel can also cancel your stay without giving you prior information what would you do in such a situation? I am sure that you would raise a complaint if that would be the case. Therefore, I request for your understanding and that we as a hotel has some obligation to our clients and you also must respect your obligation to the hotel and not resort to cheap tactics to get your amount back. Hopefully you will understand this well at your end and not do this in future to any other respectable establishment. Thank you.

This place is very well located, excelent staff and the cottage have very good areas for an excelent stay at La Digue. This is my second time at Le Relax La Digue, I recomend! Thank you Le Relax

La estancia fue perfecta. El alojamiento muy bonito, limpio y cuidado. El desayuno riquísimo, que te lo preparan en la terraza de tu habitación. Buena ubicación, todas las playas estaban muy cerca en bicicleta, y también los take away. Además, es un sitio muy tranquilo donde puedes descansar. Las bicicletas se pueden alquilar directamente en el alojamiento. Russel nos ayudó con todo lo que estaba en sus manos.

Razoável. Cozinha mal equipada. Não oferecem Wi-Fi. Sofá desconfortável. Banho mais ou menos. O que tem de positivo é o preço mais acessível.

Inizialmente non bene dato che ci avevano dato una casa vecchia più lontana dalla strada in cui non funzionava la TV, il letto era durissimo e scomodo, ecc. Poi dopo le nostre lamentele (avevamo prenotato una camera deluxe) ci hanno dato una casa più vicina alla strada e con tutti i confort, a parte il Wi-Fi che non c'è (nonostante in expedia ci sia scritto di sì, a pagamento) salvo voler andare nell'hotel vicino. Comunque lo staff è sempre disponibilissimo. Il giorno del check out ci hanno fatto stare fino alle 15 in casa. Non mi hanno rilasciato nessuna ricevuta fiscale nonostante le mie tante insistenze. Dello staff una nota di merito speciale a Natasha, la gentilissima ragazza del Madascar che lavora alle camere
