It is paid with breakfast included and they do not give it, no person on the property to provide a service, would not rebook it.

Apreciable Sra. Cecilia,Gracias por tomarse el tiempo de escribir un comentario sobre su estancia en Villa Bella. Lamento mucho que no haya sido de su agrado. Sé que de hospedó 2 noches con nosotros, y que el primero desayuno lo tomó sin problema en tiempo y forma, aunque tenían prisa por un compromiso en Bucerías, de hecho ese día lo tomaron en 2 partes, temprano fruta y café y regresaron más tarde por huevos y demás. Ayer, Domingo, ustedes habían comentado a Manuel (quien vive aquí en Villa), que se irían más tarde y que el desayuno lo tomarían también así, cuando ustedes me llamaron, antes de las 9 am para avisar que se iban porque tenían prisa, Rosa les recibió las llaves, y no quisieron tomar el desayuno porque de tenían que ir, ciertamente Rosa llegó un poco más tarde por el servicio de transporte que se demora en ocasiones los domingos, pero estaba dentro del horario que ofrecemos los desayunos de 9 a 11 am. De cualquier manera, lamento mucho su disgusto, y tomaremos en cuenta los tiempos en futuras ocasiones. Una sincera disculpa de parte de todos nosotros. Cordialmente, Villa Bella Management

This is a beautiful bed-and-breakfast and it feels like home. Manuel and Rosa were always there to help with anything, and Rosa made amazing breakfasts for me and my daughter. The view is absolutely spectacular and in the evenings you hear all the amazing sounds of this little fishing town in Mexico. There are restaurants and local seafood places to eat right down the hill and everything is very convenient. The room was adorable and the pool was spectacular. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We had the best time. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful views from my room and the swimming pool was relaxing.
Breakfast was served from 9:00 am to 11:00 am which was too late for me to enjoy, so it was just a bed, not a breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean. With the door closed and air on at night, we had no issues with noise. The views of Banderas Bay from our patio and the lovely pool were spectacular! Breakfast was great, fruit and eggs made to order. Service and atmosphere were always friendly. We will definitely return!

Charming Villa
Posted 31 Jan 2024 on HotelsSome of these reviewers fell way short of an appreciation for Mexican style. This was one of the nicest and most charming places we e ever stayed. I’d love to have a house with this much graceful character! We wish we had found it our first night rather than our last. We enjoyed the accommodations, the view, the welcome, and the service.

Overall, it was good and staff were welcoming. Breakfast each day was great. Didn't particularly enjoy the stairs I had to go down to for my room, so something to consider for people booking to stay here (especially if you have bad knees!).

We are a 66 year old couple. We have Never Ever stayed in such a wonderful, unique, clean, wonderful place with the ABSOLUTE BEST staff!! Manuel and Rosa are wonderful, even having the patience to help us with our Spanish. All the rooms are different and so very charming. We now will be going to a different room, will report later!

Excellant staff but excessive noise at night ( dog barking). The building and rooms could could use some updating

Thank you for your comments. Our little Inn was updated in 2020, the best possible way. The suite that youve had stayed at had a total makeover in terms of decoration and some of the furnishing and equipment (living, AC, minifridge), bedding, linen and towels. La Cruz is still a little fisherman village in so many ways, dogs and church bells, street vendors and more. Sorry this may caused you inconveniences. best Regards,Elsa Alba
