"My wife and I were in La Crosse for a specific reason and the hotel staff helped with our needs when we asked. Even with the hotel going through a remodel project everything was above and beyond what we needed. "

"We really enjoy this hotel and have gotten the jacuzzi room two times now. We love the woodsy look of the place and the spacious layout. It feels like a getaway even though it's right near the city. The only downside is that you can't light block the shades as they are just blinders to open and close, and I am sensitive to light. In some places in the bathroom the wallpaper is peeling away somewhat. But these are relatively mild criticisms in light of how enjoyable stay it has been for us. "

Please remember not to make any changes to your reservation after confirming and giving C/C card number. The holtel will tack on extra fees and cant explain why."
