Top quality hotel under the forest canopy

We stayed in the exceptional Shaman riverside suite. The room was spacious, well-appointed and luxurious. The outdoor shower room with its tree canopy ceiling was extraordinary. Coupled with the helpful friendly staff and its forest location we had a very memorable stay.

It was an amazing experience to stay in this jungle resort. Everything was awesome. We felt like at home. The stuff was very friendly. The only negative thing was the driveway. It was very damaged and if you don’t have suv, you will have a problem to get there.

It was such a pleasure staying there. The service, the way we were welcome and treated while we were there was fantastic. The customer service was just out of this world. The hotel was awesome, the view. Everything was just marvelous. The owner approached our table the night we arrived and thanked us for being there. I definitely recommend this place.

Casa Bonita es una joya en un lugar único y paradisíaco en la República Dominicana. El hotel es de fácil acceso, con vistas espectaculares y escenarios únicos como la Máster River Suite donde nos hospedamos mi esposo y yo por nuestro 10mo aniversario de casados, sin embargo sus instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento (bombillos quemados, no pudimos utilizar el jacuzzi pues el agua estaba extremadamente caliente, losetas rotas y es una pena que un lugar tan hermoso no esté a la altura de sus posibilidades. Las amenidades dentro de la Master River Suite son regulares y creo que también Le Resto puntos a la experiencia. En dos ocasiones mencione el aniversario: al reservar al gerente y al llegar y no nos hicieron ningún gesto. Me sorprendió por el nivel de hotel que entendía que eran. El servicio es regular, no es malo pero tampoco es memorable. La comida solo probamos los desayunos y no estuvieron malos.
