The property is good and the adjacent restaurant was good too. I wasn't happy an iron for clothes pressing was not available at all and i would have needed to pay for that service. Arriving in the evening the service is not available anyway. So, I a lot of hot water for steam was used to make clothing presentable for work.

No parking available on arrival and difficult to find nearby. Hotel and attached restaurant very good.

Good value central hotel

The hotel is well-located for central La Chaux-de-Fonds. The staff were helpful in providing us access after hours (our flight was delayed and its not a 24hr reception). The rooms are large, but fairly basic (about what you would expect the money). The continental breakfast and coffee were pretty good.

Rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Rooms beginning to look a little tired, and facilities sparse (e.g. 1 small soap and 2 thin sachets of shampoo in shower room) but acceptable. Man who greeted on reception was friendly and helpful. First night not good as next to lift and woken up every time lift was used. Asked to be moved next morning and lady behind reception reluctant, but grudgingly found another room. No apology for bad night. Probably just shy and wasnt deliberately rude but not ideal for reception staff. For the price, hotel could be better.
