The welcome snd food served were 5 * with the meal being excellent in both value and quality ( Shane about the rose not chilled) the hotel needs a makeover it’s tired decoratively but compensated by the lovely staff and service

Easy to find with Waze but confusing to check in. You have to go to reception of a hotel opposite. And nothing is in English. You have to work out to call the emergency phone number. The chap at reception on e you found him was very helpful. The room itself was very average.

Adequate for one night
One night stay . On arrival given a room that hadn't been cleaned went back to reception new room given and apologies received.Offers basic but adequate service. Room felt very small and dated , Bathroom very small toilet very stained needs bleach. Shower ok . Beds feel nice and comfortable. We had breakfast was adequate selection for continental not worth the price paid but did the job. Positive was our dog was with us and could stay here for a fee that was reasonable. The one night did what we needed but wouldn't stop again at this hotel.

Attention aux informations pour la prise des clés
Chambre correcte mais par contre attention aux informations sur les sites. Nous sommes arrivés un peu avant 15h le samedi pour prendre la chambre comme indiqué sur le site. . Il y a une borne informatique pour prendre les clés mais ça ne fonctionne pas avec notre réservation. Nous étions invités à un mariage donc obligé de se préparer sur le parking de l'hôtel. Finalement, afin de pouvoir au moins déposer nos affaires dans la chambre, on appelle le numéro de téléphone d'urgence présent sur la porte d'entrée. Une personne vient nous ouvrir et nous informe que la réception est fermée entre 11h et 16h le weekend... Alors que la chambre est disponible à partir de 15h... La personne nous enregistre et me demande de payer la chambre alors que nous avions payer en ligne... Il nous donne notre clé, j'arrive dans la chambre et là nous sommes dans une chambre avec un seul lit alors que nous sommes 3. Nous retournons à la réception pour demander une autre chambre. Ensuite tout se passe normalement, ouf ...
