Warning if you arrive late get a B&B code

We have stayed at this hotel a few times en-route to the Alps for skiing. Every time we arrive around midnight and always have problems with the automated reception ATM. The problem is hotels.com DO NOT give the B&B reservation code you need to access your reservation with the ATM...so you are forced to call their helpline in the middle of the night. Hotels.com only provide their own itinerary code which is invalid. So, if you know you are arriving late, contact the property in advance and requestion the B&B RESERVATION code....you'll thank me for this info! Unfortunately they cannot give you the access code to your room directly until you pay your 1.40 Euro tax. Otherwise, this hotel is very convenient for us for an overnight stopover. The family rooms with mezzanine are excellent, showers hot and rooms are clean. There's a boulangerie, petrol and a supermarket all close by.

Average not totally pet friendly as advertised.

Average room bit noisy , but clean. We stayed one night chose this chain as pet friendly we was travelling from Spain to calais .We prepaid for breakfast. We had a small well behaved timid dog with us who wasn't allowed in reception or the small area where you got breakfast. It was awkward and uncomfortable i insisted on a refund for breakfast and the young lad wouldn't give a refund to start with and told me i had to contact hotels. Com. Eventually after contacting a supervisor i was given a cash refund for our breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this chain as it wasn't acceptable to advertise as pet friendly then exclude them .

Good morningWe accept pets in the room this is not the case for all hotels so yes we are pet friendlyOn the other hand, animals are not accepted in the breakfast room for the respect of other customers and for hygiene.Regards

Great overnight stay

Stayed for one night travelling from Calais to Nice. Great quad room. The kids liked being in the elevated part of the room. Friendly reception staff greeted us. Nice and clean and much needed air conditioning. Very quiet too. Oh, and a nice boulangerie down the road.

Did an overnight pit stop with the family. Was easy to check in and the room was ready for us. Easy location to get back on the road the next day
