was very creepy, the first room the door was not able to lock, so we had to change the room and was not ok not enough towels.

I was disappointed.. Nobody was at the reception when we got there. No hot water and the bathroom was not super clean. Overall not bad but not good.

Hi Rosalie, I'm really sorry for your non-conformity. Some times the front desk guy is helping some other guests or just checking around, regrettably and according of what I saw in our security cameras, that happened when you reached the hotel, despite of that, the hotel manager immediatelly came out of his office to assist you
But you're right, there should be always someone there and that's exactly why I've put a ring bell on the front desk.
Regarding the hot water, as I understand I haven't offer it on any platform that I use because I don't have that service for the moment.
For sure, I'm gonna take your review into account.
