"Hotel is on a quieter section of the Chilean coast far enough away from the condos and touristy areas of Viña Del Mar and Valparaiso. Hotel restaurant was ok. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.Rooms are clean, bathrooms are basic. Pool area was lovely and nestled in the hillside. Many restaurants nearby. Shopping in the area wasn’t great. A visit to Cachagua to see the bird life is not far away and well worth doing. "

Rude housekeeping because on the morning that they knocked the door to clean the room we had yet to put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. The housekeeper was extremely rude. The next day after the room had been cleaned there were no towels in the room. I called reception (after i had got out of the shower!) and it took more than 20 minutes for towels to arrive. Nice hotel but not great service

"Nice hotel in an area a little away from the main points of Quintero. I had a few problems with the service in the hotel. Rude housekeeping because on the morning that they knocked the door to clean the room we had yet to put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. The housekeeper was extremely rude. The next day after the room had been cleaned there were no towels in the room. I called reception (after i had got out of the shower!) and it took more than 20 minutes for towels to arrive. We had problems charging bills to the room and again the staff were rude and not very helpful. On check out I was told that I couldn't use a foreign debit card to pay the bill to pay in US dollars to not pay tax (as a foreign tourist). This is only possible using a credit card something that they should make clear at the time of booking."
