What a view!

Due to some confusion, we were upgraded to a suite, but most of what I’ll say seems to apply to all sea view rooms. The view is absolutely stunning on Ile-Rousse and surrounding area, hotel has been refurbished and amenities are on point, friendly welcome, bed is good, wifi works well, good shower, and the on-site restaurant served us tasty food quickly and efficiently. Other restaurants and the old town are about a 10-15min walk away so you’re not really downtown but not TOO far. Nothing bad/critical to say about this place, I highly recommend it.

Vue magnifique depuis la chambre, chambre petite mais très confortable. Hôtel situé environ à 15min à pieds du centre-ville, grand parking extérieur.

Situated on the hill, it has a lovely view. It is in a quiet location, away from the hustle of the town which makes this destination serene and peaceful (but also a bit tricky without a car)

A Great Hotel

We stayed at Hotel Funtana Marina for one night and was very pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Our room was very clean, well decorated and had a great view of the sea and had direct access to the pool area. The bed was two pushed together which was fine and very comfortable. We don't speak much French but the guy on reception spoke enough good English for us to fully understand everything. We had an evening meal which was very nice and basic snack style which suited us and the barman/waiter was very welcoming and also spoke good English. Overall we enjoyed our stay and are potentially looking at using it as a base for next years holiday.
