"very clean hotel. We were half board and found the plenty of choice and really good dining room staff. Lovely pool area BUT pool did not open until 10 am whick is a very bad point in our view. This needs to be addressed as there was a lot of people complaing about this."

"Just returned from a 1 week stay, 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 12. The apartment was lovely and clean and very spacious and had everything you needed. The beach was a couple of minutes walk and was large stones as opposed to sand, beach water shoes are recommended to get in and out of the sea easier. Lots of restaurants nearby so plenty to choose from. Patagoinine (?) Steakhouse restaurant was beautiful and Restaurant Nuevo Sligo (chinese) was excellent too, both only a couple of...

"We had no hot water the 2 nights of our stay, the security gates were often left open and ,,,we had difficulty finding the place and could not get any English television. We thought it was overpriced for the service we received."

"We loved our stay at the property. The view from our unit was breathtaking. The pool was perfect for us and enjoyed it a lot. The property is close to a really nice walk/hike. But it’s uphill so we used the car to go to the beach and town area. Nice quiet center place to visit Altea and Benidorm. Would come back for a longer stay for sure."
