"Hotel neodpovídá kategorii uvedené v jeho profilu. Celkový stav hotelu je zašlý, nemoderní. Jako pozitivum musím napsat, že pokoj a chodby byly v době mého pobytu čisté. Restaurace umístěná ve spodní části objektu nepůsobila přitažlivě - spíše vesnická putika, než restaurace welness penzionu. Areál penzionu opět celkově zašlý. Penzionu byl klid, nicméně se nachází na rušné křižovatce kde je ráno od časných ranních hodin silný provoz. "

"I really liked the staff - very nice and professional- and the location. The room was not bad, I think the larger ones were even better. However, for a 4* I would expect many more amenities on both property and room level. Also as there is no reception, and the check-in is done in the restaurant it does not make people very welcome( offset by the staff members)"

"This property is not a hotel. It is a very nice B&B. What it describes itself as having is untrue. It is not a spa, per se. It has a treatment room and you can order (very good) treatments in advance. There is no restaurant or bar. "Very clean and convenient for the train station and the old town. Room small but has lots of amenities for self catering. Bathroom and shower small and dimly lit, but everything works. No reception desk which was fine except JustIn key was sent a bit late , which had me concerned. But would stay there again."

"Miss Sophie’s in Olomouc was great. The team was responsive over email when I had questions about how to get to the location. When we arrived, they were very helpful. Most of the staff spoke excellent English and were able to help us out with everything we needed. The room was very nice and spacious. It is easily the largest room we had in Czech (we stayed in apartments in Prague and Brno, and another hotel in Prague). They also allowed us to store our luggage before our train out of town, which was incredibly helpful! The food was also pretty good in the cafe. "
