The private bath/ onsen in our room on the balcony set this property above many others. The area is great and is central to many of the Kyoto sights. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again next time we visit Kyoto.

This hotel was amazing! Definitely get the private soaking tub, it was so worth it. Every little detail was thought about, the design was beautiful.

Beautiful hotel. Swanky is the word. Cool vibe hotel, close to shopping. if able yo get to get room with own tub. Wow what a treat .

I wish I stayed for another night as 1 night is too short. The private bath is a must! I am not used to public baths so it's so nice relaxing in the comfort of your own room and getting a view of Kyoto. Do check out the public baths, the view (garden versus city view) alternates each day between the men and women's bath.

Glad I picked this hotel
Posted 27 May 2024 on HotelsImmaculate room. Professional staff. VIP treatment. Separate entrance/exit to the hotel was a plus. Having a private onsen bath in the room was fabulous. The variety of free drinks in the fridge was very nice. Upstairs Terrace with foot bath and a complimentary drink was thumbs up. Good shopping and food choices around hotel. Enjoyed my stay here.
