I stayed in a View Bath Twin Room for ¥45,000 on a weekday in November. I understand it’s peak season, so the price is higher than usual. The hotel feels new, clean, and stylish, and I didn’t hear any noise from other guests in my room. Overall, I had a comfortable stay, and the location is excellent.
However, I’m only giving two stars because it didn’t meet my expectations. The service was standard, and the room lacked amenities. You have to pick up items like a toothbrush, face wash, and comb at the front desk yourself. The breakfast dining area also doesn’t offer a good view. My experience was decent but nothing exceptional. I wish I could have had a room with a nice view of the Kamo River at this price. I wouldn’t recommend staying in the View Bath Twin Room, especially with its higher price than other business hotels.

Great location. Walking distance to Gion (1 mile) and shopping/ Pontocho alley (less than 0.5 miles). Right next to a subway station for easy access to other parts of the city. Staff helpful.

This hotel is nicely furnished and decorated. The suite had a private view of a cultivated garden out the window. Walking distance from shopping, an easy-to-use subway system, and some great restaurants.
