We arrived early as it was our only day in Kyoto but the reception staff were amazing and let us leave our luggage securely with them while we explored Kyoto and provided a shuttle to accommodations.

Bed was Very hard and very small pillows. room was very small and they tried to cram to much furniture into it. it was impossible to sit in chairs and couch. just dumb.

Very happy with a stay. Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room. We had kitchen in the room which was nice. The bathroom had space for drying laundry with a heating and drying fan on top.

Much smaller and congested than advertised, nothing like pictures on Expedia. Room was very dirty, there was dust all over, couch had big bad spots, beds were missing sheets and there was no one on the property to speak to as it’s managed remotely. Recommend staying away, not worth the money.

Loved the Hello Kitty theme. My kids enjoyed the decor and made the trip to Kyoto much more memorable.

The room was very dusty. Dust covered the aircon filters, toilet floor, the kitchen. Aircon was faulty too, kept turning on and off. Luckily the weather was cold. Do not recommend this hotel for people with asthma or allergy problems.

The check-in desk is at a different location from the actual unit, so it's a little bit of a hassle, but the actual process was easy and the staff was nice and helpful.
The unit has a small kitchen with a microwave, a hot plate and a washing machine. It also came with laundry soap.
It was very quiet and the location was nice, it wasn't too far to walk to restaurants or convenience stores.
