The place was just okay. would pay more for higher quality of the room. Maintenance staff needs touch up the rusty metal rust. They can unless touch up metal area surface in the bedroom. Go out pay more for higher quality hotel.

Staff is phenomenal. Hospitality is one of the greatest and they pride themselves on it.

We had to ask to be moved on our first night as the train noise was exceptionally loud. The room we moved to was fine.
Staff were l lovely especially Dhungana Samar who helped us move rooms in the night. Concierge was also excellent.

Loved this hotel, 15 minute walk to the train station. Bigger room, two great breakfast options. One very high rated dinner option in the 14th floor rotating French restaurant

the first night was appalling as the room smelt strongly of smoke and the was a train track outside the window with trains going past every few mins
we complained and were moved to a quieter cleaner room the next day
