This was the best hotel we went to on our trip. The location was great, very clean, the staff very helpful and we enjoyed the amenities very much. The free morning croissant and coffe were delicious and such a lovable touch.

Wonderful stay, great service, great property. Bang in a quiet but central area of downtown Kyoto, great rooms, the staff couldn't do enough for us. Fantastic!

I liked that the staff were very friendly and acommendating and gave recommendations on where to go and travel to. I really enjoyed the experience and the crossiants and will be back again.

It’s a very basic hotel but in a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s walkable to many areas and lots of great restaurants nearby. The staff was very kind and welcoming.

I can’t say enough about the staff who were so helpful and friendly. It made our stay that much more special.

Definitely a cozy place to stay, home away from home! Rooms were large enough and clean, everything worked well and the bed was super comfy! Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly 😊 Close to Nishiki Market and other cafes which were very convenient spots for breakfast, lunch and shopping.
