There are way better choices in the area. Staff is rude and clueless.

No windows in room. No working space for a laptop

Very convenient from all the tourist attractions. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful. The breakfast and dinner options were also great. However the room service staff didn’t do the job top notch. Being in Japan, the service was expected little higher. But overly good experience.

I had a very nice stay here rooms were a good size and staff very polite the location is perfect and walkable from the main station would recommend

A wonderful hotel with a kind multilingual staff. Walking distance from the train station, temples, and many restaurants. My fiancé and I were thrilled with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.

This hotel is very close to Kyoto station, many bus routes, and a laundromat is nearby. The hotel is clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
